Our staff are among the most experienced engineers in the Northwest for water system planning and engineering. HBH served for 15 years as the Oregon Surface and Ground Water Circuit Rider for the Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Services Program. This program allowed our engineers to provide technical assistance to community water systems with service populations of 10,000 or less. The type of work we encountered required our staff to stay up to date on regulatory requirements, testing procedures, technology, as well as engineering standards and practices. Each project typically had a time limitation of 10 hours, which required our engineers to work efficiently. During our 15-year tenure with the Circuit Rider program, HBH has had the opportunity to work with literally hundreds of water systems across the State of Oregon.
